Singtel Unveils Multi-Domestic IoT Connectivity Through Partnerships with floLIVE and Lenovo Connect

Singtel has introduced a powerful new IoT solution by teaming up with floLIVE and Lenovo Connect, aiming to simplify global enterprise deployments. The new Multi-Domestic Connectivity service provides a unified access point for deploying IoT devices across more than 190 markets, helping companies avoid the complexity of managing multiple mobile operator agreements, SIM platforms, billing systems, and network switching.

This initiative centers on Singtel's Connectivity Management Platform (CMP), which offers centralized control of device provisioning, profile switching, and remote diagnostics. The integration of floLIVE's multi-IMSI SIM technology with Lenovo Connect's OEM connectivity capabilities allows manufacturers—especially in the automotive sector—to access a fast, secure, and regulation-compliant rollout. These capabilities support enhanced in-vehicle features like real-time navigation, safety updates, and over-the-air diagnostics.

Ng Tian Chong, CEO of Singtel Singapore, emphasized the company's "strong regional presence and strength in international delivery," positioning the new service as a transformative offering for companies expanding across borders. He added that the new solution builds on Singtel's earlier investments in network infrastructure, edge computing, and global partnerships, geared toward "intelligent, borderless mobility" and broader IoT transformation in sectors such as healthcare, retail, logistics, and smart cities.

Since 2022, Singtel has helped enterprises navigate regulatory complexities across Asia-Pacific and pioneered technologies like 5G RedCap, edge computing, and AI-powered orchestration via its Paragon platform. These foundations have enabled Singtel to deliver a scalable, compliant global IoT service that meets the dynamic needs of today's connected economy.
