Vodacom-Backed Initiative Transforms Rural School into Digital Learning Hub

A community-focused initiative backed by Vodacom has successfully transformed a rural school into a digital learning hub, providing students and local residents with enhanced access to technology, connectivity, and digital skills development opportunities.

The project — unveiled on February 12, 2026 — involved equipping the school with computers, tablets, and internet access, along with content and platforms designed to support learning in areas such as digital literacy, e-learning tools, and skills for the future workforce.
