Doha, Qatar – August 28, 2025 — Vodafone Qatar has introduced Call+, a pioneering app-based feature designed to transform the roaming experience for its Unlimited+ postpaid subscribers. Integrated within the My Vodafone app, Call+ allows users to make and receive calls to any number worldwide using data connectivity, eliminating the need for separate roaming call packages.
The new service is part of Vodafone Qatar's broader "You Deserve It" campaign, aimed at delivering greater value and flexibility to customers who travel frequently or require seamless global communication.
With Call+, subscribers can now use their mobile data or Wi-Fi connection to stay connected internationally, even when roaming in non-GCC countries. The feature supports voice calls to any mobile or landline number, offering the same quality and reliability as traditional voice calls—without the additional cost of international dialing or roaming add-ons.
According to Vodafone Qatar, Call+ has been developed in response to growing demand for integrated, app-based calling solutions that merge the convenience of OTT communication tools with the dependability of a telecom network. The feature ensures end-to-end encryption, maintaining privacy and quality across different regions and networks.
